Section 01 — About the Foundation
About the Foundation
The Story
Where It Started
The Frantzdy Pierrot Foundation (FOFPI) was founded by Haitian footballer Frantzdy Pierrot — a player who knows firsthand what it takes to break through. Growing up in Haiti, he experienced the harshness of the country and the weight of poverty, the kind of difficulties that make a professional football career feel out of reach.
He made it through. Now he wants to make sure the next generation does not have to do it alone.
FOFPI was created to be exactly what he did not have growing up: a structured, well-resourced support system for talented young players across Haiti.

Our Model
How the Foundation Works
Umbrella Organisation
FOFPI acts as an umbrella for a select group of registered youth clubs, giving them the backing of a national-level organisation.
Resource Distribution
Equipment, kit, training supplies, and financial support flow from the Foundation to member clubs so players have what they need.
Coach Development
Qualified coaches are placed at clubs and ongoing development programmes ensure coaching quality rises across the network.
Scouting Pathways
The Foundation builds bridges to clubs and markets outside Haiti, giving the most promising players a genuine route forward.
Our Mission
“To give young Haitian footballers a real, structured route out of poverty through the game.”
The Foundation does not replace local clubs — it strengthens them, connects them, and opens doors for the players they develop.
